Simran Allen

Simran is a native of Illinois but has called the Madison area home for the last 20 years. She began her real estate career at a large, national brokerage before deciding to start Vanguard Real Estate with her husband, Ben. She works tirelessly to assist her buyers and sellers throughout their home selling and buying journeys. She is a fiercely loyal advocate for her clients and makes herself available to help at all hours of the day. She has a thorough knowledge of the many communities throughout Dane County down to the specific neighborhoods in each. She loves real estate and enjoys bringing her engaging personality, enthusiasm, trustworthiness, honesty, and local knowledge to every transaction that she is a part of. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her 9-year-old son Adi, spending nights out with her husband Ben, and planning getaways to anywhere warmer than Wisconsin.
